Our services
vifiraa provides design, fabrication, and installation of illuminated and non-illuminated signage, including channel letters, monument signs, and vinyl graphics, for commercial properties. Specific scope, materials, and pricing for any project are confirmed in a written estimate prior to work beginning.
Design proofs & scheduling
Production begins only after written approval of the design proof provided.
Appointment and installation times are confirmed by phone or email and may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate information about your building, property lines, and any landlord or HOA sign restrictions.
Obtain any required landlord or property management approval before authorizing installation.
Make payment according to the terms in your signed estimate.
Warranties
Workmanship on completed installations is covered by the warranty period described in your estimate. Manufacturer warranties on LED components and materials are passed through separately and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Payment & cancellation
A deposit is typically required to begin fabrication. Cancellations made after fabrication has started may be subject to a materials and labor fee.
